I am committed to making therapy accessible to all individuals including underserved and in-need populations. To support this mission, I offer a sliding scale fee structure for self-pay clients, based on availability.
Our standard rate for therapy sessions is $150 per session, but sliding scale rates of $125, $90, or $70 per session are available to accommodate clients facing financial challenges.
No financial documents are required to access sliding scale rates this program operates entirely on good faith. We ask that clients select the highest rate they can reasonably afford. By doing so, you help ensure that we can continue to offer affordable care to others who are in need. Availability is limited, so please reach out to inquire about current options.
Thank you for helping us create a more equitable and accessible mental health care environment for all.

Typically when someone starts therapy, we start with a weekly schedule and as you find healing and feel improvement in symptoms, you may be ready to change the frequency to every other week and eventually, even to once a month. This is something we’ll monitor together, however I always encourage you to advocate for you and your needs.

Finding the right therapist is a personal and important decision. If you’re looking for someone who understands, helps you process gently, and creates a space where you feel truly seen, we may be a great fit. I encourage you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk about your needs, how therapy works, and see if it feels right for you.
